Hi,
How to find the intensity range of phototransistor is working??

is there any parameter to check phototransistor is working at what intensity of light??
please help me to resolve this.....

The datasheet for the particular photo-transistor you have should indicate the response to light level.

If you want to measure its sensitivity, then connect the transistor collector to a voltage supply (e.g. +5V with emitter to ground) in series with a milliammeter, and measure the current versus light intensity.
