PASSIVE rfid impedance transponder

hi, am doing a project were i have to develop an implanted rfid imedance sensor , i am trying to look for a circuit design. type of communication is load modulation and i wil be using 13.5Mhz for frequency which is HF. high frequency.,. from what i have read in books and online, it seems i need an antenna, a modulator, volage multiplier, regulator may be ?? , thats under the IC, and a memory ...




if you have any idea could you please help me ??
 
a circuit for the transponder, since i cant start with the reader until i have the specification of the transponder
