Hi Everybody, :)

Recently, I purchased bulk of transistors,SCRs,etc at very cheap prise. I have identified most of the parts & pin connections. But I am unable to identify few parts, the numbers are as follows. Could you please tell me whether these are transistors, IC's or anyother kind.(all these parts are having 3 pins).

E13007,B4028E,C4418,C4242,C5027B,S16C40C,TIP121

Well, the last item is a transistor, I have used this one. The others I don't know.
Try google and type the exact pary number in the advanced search function. You'd be surprised what you can find out there.

B 4028 ...NPN 33V 8A
(2S)C 4418 ...NPN 400V 5A
(2S)C 5027 ...NPN 300V 100mA
(2S)C 4242 ...NPN 400V 7A (most of PC PSU contains as switching trans.)
S 16 C 40 ... Scottky HF rectifier dual diode 40V 8A (PC PSU 12V rect.)
TIP 121 ...NPN-Darlington 80V 5A
I can't identify the E 13007, use ohmmeter for discover of structure.

Thanks very much. Appreciate your information
