i need cicrcuit for paralel memory .
Must use microprocesor or no ?

I need 8 input for write and 8 output for read (11111111 - 8 bit word)
i want write 8 bit word and later read them.

You've defined the data width (8 bits = 1 byte), but how many bytes do you need to store?

What does the rest of the system look like? Particularly, where does the data to be stored come from, and how is it used when read back out?
