Some time ago I designed a project, its for a ups system for light, its not something complex, but i think i will work fine for someone

You can add more from this 1uF capacitors for more current for the charger, but not more then 5 because its dangerous
its about like this 1uF=60mA current

and where it says 'kon invertor +12V" its the output to the inverter part ..
