Panel PC NO display (power indicator blinking)

Dear all good morning,
panel pc no display power indication light continue blinking, i check the power board Nothing looked bad, then i use slightly heat gun on 40055ic the blinking is stop and display is normal, after 10sec again display is off and power light is blinking, There are other components around it as well,What could be the problem?

what brand and model? LED or LCD? How old? any pictures?
probably bad CAPS? (Capacitors) Narrow down the part that gets heated by using a soldering iron NEAR the component.
