Output Amplification ...

Hi

I have created pulses with Microcontroller(AVR). its frequency is 15KHz.

How can I convert this pulses to more powerful pulses with higher voltage and current (higher power, P=V.I) ? , in the other word, one way for square pulse amplification.

one friend told me, use one Mosfet and connect your load to Drain. I used it. but I couldn't get good results. I used one N-Mosfet like IRF840. It couldn't Turn On even one little DC motor in drain.

Maybe the problem is with an insufficient current level .... to drive the Mosfet gate.
