I'd like to buy a few of these items (I lost all but one..) but don't know the correct search terms to use. You can see what I'm looking for in this image **broken link removed** at top left, Tek part no. 214-4125-00. Other brands are ok.
Digikey or Newark/Farnell codes would be appreciated.

Just make your own - it's just a piece of copper wire wrapped around ground sleeve of a probe.

You can get two for less than $ 20, including shipping on Ebay.
The search therm is: "probe oscilloscope"

Make sure the probe has the proper frequency response.
