Hi,

May i know the difference between Gunn and klystron oscillator in type of supply power, modulation capacbilites and physical dimension? Please advise. Thanks.

A klystron is a large mechanical thingie and a Gunn is a smaller package diode thingie.

May i know the difference when use gunn diode as a power as a function of voltage, freq as a function of voltage and power as a function of frequency? How is the graph like?
