Orcad Capture

Has anyone checked out ORCAD capture by Arrow? It looks pretty nice and is free schematic capture and layout. The online cloud based tool is unlike other tools that are made public. This one allows privacy of your design work. I think the cloud base tool has limitations such as parts count not to exceed 300 components, but this looks to be a pretty nice tool and the component library seems quite extensive.
