source for learning orcad 9.2 easily

I am searching for the source from where i can learn orcad easily...

I want to learn 'orcad capture' and 'orcad layout'...

Please refer any website or any pdf document or ebook...

I have not tried it but normally go to youtube.com and search for orcad.
