Orcad Capture trouble

Hi!

I have a problem while I tried to design a PCB using Orcad. For 74HC163N I couldn't find two pins. How to make them come? Here are some pictures attached.(Another problem is that I cant find many pspice files of components so that I'm not able to simulate ccts)
