Open File menu in visual basic

Well, not really a µC question, but its for a project that involves a µC

I wanted to know how one can open the windows standard "open file" menu in a visual basic 6.0 application.
I'm making uploader software for my bootloader, and i want to display this dialog to select the hex file to upload. I know this dialog is a standard included in the windows api. and a single call can bring it up. I just can't find it

Use Microsoft Common Dialog ActiveX control.
