How do we convert irreplaceable/unremovable battery type smartphone to be the replaceable one with its connector replaced to be the standard that is used for replaceable battery type ones?

I've replaced irreplaceable batteries in both my tablets. I simply looked on ebay for replacement batteries which also come with the tools required to open the case.
