if Someone Got a useful idea about what to do with an Old CGA Monitor Please Help and Tell me .

This depend from type. Most of Philips and Thomson types have CVBS input for video signal (PAL or NTSC).If Your monitor have only TTL-RGB input (9pin Dsub male connector), today no any application. When You have many-many times and experiment with electronic, can build a (PAL or NTSC) decoder for video or S-video signal....
