I've got a few of these - all used and working.
They are great little modules - Adlink Nudam ND-6013 modules.
They provide the excitation for 2/3/4 wire RTD / PT sensors and can be networked via RS-485. Each module can log up to three sensors.
They are dead easy to use too - just send them an ascii command via the RS-485 and they reply with the values. Loads of information about them on t'internet.
