How to recognize a noise canceling electret microphone ? Is it the presence of perforations on its pc board/terminal side ?
How to modify one to survive operating in 4 atmospheres air pressure chamber ? Perforating/venting the space between the capacitive plates ? or,
Perforating one of the foil plates ?
What drawbacks would a tiny, tiny perforation of one of the foil plates imply in its performance ? (So there will be equal pressure on both sides of both capacitor foils)
