I test so many nimh battery and their max voltage only 1,43. I want to boost up this voltage at least 1,5v or more. Anybody can help to make it happen ? Thanx!

The cell voltage is determined by its chemistry. There is nothing you can do to change that. However, it is possible to use a DC-to-DC boost converter to step up the voltage (at the expense of current). Converter output power is never more than about 85% of the converter input power. Power = Volts times Amps.
