Need Some Help - Brushless Motor Project

Hey,

Looking to get some advise on this electrical diagram to make sure I haven't missed anything. I would like to make note that I am EXTREMELY new to anything electronic. Any input is greatly appreciated. :)

The idea is to run the brushless motor from an Adafruit ItsyBitsy and a lipo battery. I would also like the circuit to have charging capabilities for the lipo battery. The diagram doesnt show it but I have a 1k resistor as well for the LED inside the momentary switch. I believe I have everything required to make this function properly but obviously I am not entirely sure. I have posted a link below to each item if anyone needs any more specs then shown in the diagram.

Just looking mostly for confirmation that this circuit will work and if not what is needed to make it function.

Do not route the high motor currents through the PCB. Give it the power AND ground wire from the ESC (which carry the motor currents) dedicated connections to the battery. Signal connections are low current and are fine. I have no info on the charger so don't know about the wiring there.

Thank you for the quick reply. I do understand what a dedicated connection is but not sure how to apply it here. Would this just simply mean moving the +/- of the motor to their own dedicated pins on the PCB?

Off the PCB. Off both because neither is designed to carry that current. Direct wire with a connector to disconnect power. Use a Y-cable to split the battery into both the ESC and charger.
