I wish to construct a very simple led adjustable rate flasher circuit.
It must be powered by 12 volts DC.
I dont plan to flash a led at the flasher output but wish to trip a solid state relay. By adjusting the relays open close time using the adjustable rate flasher circuit.

The power required to trip the solid state relay is 3.5 volts minimum and 32 volts maximum.
There should also be enough current to acomplish the job.

I am searching for a very simple circuit that can deliver the above and can be installed on a solderless breadboard.

All help greatly appreciated.

Sincerely,
