Im looking for a cheap NOR S/R latch with two S inputs and one R input.

At normal conditions, S and R will be held low. Once either S1 or S2 is pulsed high, S= high

S R Action
0 0 No Change
0 1 Q = 0
1 0 Q = 1

I found an NAND SR-74279 but its not exactly what I want.
If this type is the only option, is there another IC that is significantly cheaper.
