need data sheet and/or replacement for SL100 transistor

Does anyone have the data sheet for the SL100 transistor?
Does anyone know where this component is offered at retail?
Does anyone know of an equivalent transistor? I'm having a hard time finding what I believe is a NPN MOSFET transistor or detailed technical info about it. Any help and/or suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Replacement of Transistor SL 100 and Mosfet BS 138

Kindly advice Replacement for the Trnsitor SL 100 and Mosfet BS 138.

I would probably use 2N2222 for the SL100. It would all depend on the circuit.

Cannot find BS138, are you sure you don't mean BSS138? BSS138 is commonly available.

The SL100 transistor is 100 years old and is common in India.

Lets not talk about extremely old parts. Let's talk about new ones instead.
The old BFY50 transistor is in my Philips 1968 databook. Exactly 40 years ago.

I saw a Telefunken list of discontinued transistors from 1971 and the old BFY50 was there. But it was made in India in 1996 and maybe today.

Parts are parts.
If someone needs Data on a Discontinued or older part so they can find a suitable "NEW" Part, well that is what this board is for.
