I got the xl6009e1 boost converter, gave an input of 13v from an lead acid battery, when I check output for voltage, it output is between 14 and 200 mV or milli volts. Why is it so?
Something is really wrong. The output should be very close to 13V at a minimum. There is a diode from input to output so the output will be pulled up to almost the input (even if the IC is dead).
