Not really user serviceable. Plus it's a cheap device here in Canada, about $40 new. Craigslist even cheaper, I've got one selling for $30 in Toronto.

i appricate for your help to come out to help me in this Board for Fixing the Problem.

So i am attaching 4 more Photos, hope it will help to rectify the problem. Hope it is readble.

If still my photos are not clear , no problem i will take more photos, untill you said it is ok to see clearlt.

As blueroomelectronics said, it's probably not-repairable - it might well be corruption of the firmware, which would presumably require specialist equipment at the manufacturers to reload.

in 50 to 100 tries, some time it will back to proper power up, so once i reflash the latest firmware on this PAP2T. After flashing latest firmware still same problem i am having,

So it is more likely Hardware issue, may be Poor soldating on Chip having 50 pins etc,. If i know exact location of that poor soldaring then i will resoldar that components or pins.
