Hi I have come across one of the above and would like more information about it please. I know it's circa 1953 and has LW MW SW but the wavechange revolves all the way around so is it possible a stop has fallen out?
Re. the switch stop - very likely either fallen off or been broken at some time in the past.
Be careful working on it, it is a "live chassis" type with no isolation from mains power.
