MPLAB X gives an error.

Hi,

I have just started to use MPLAB X with C18 compiler. I designed a simple program but it gives following error....

The extended CPU mode configuration bit is enabled, but the program was not built using extended CPU instruction.

i have changed it from windows -> PIC memory views -> configuration bits.

but when i close the window of configuration bit after changing bit, it remains on itself.


please, help me to solve this error.

You know you need to copy the lines generated by that view into your program, right? Changing it in the view does nothing on its own.

Post your config lines from your program.
