MPLab Sim help

I am trying to debug some code for UART using register injection. I have a text file that has a 0ms wait and three hex numbers to form the packet. The issue that I am having is that it doesn't seem to inject in order. I have a break point on the UART interrupt so that I can step through the code, but when it comes back around it seem to pick the numbers at random.

I'm using MPLabX v5.5 XC8 v2.10

I'm hoping someone can give me some insight into this.
