Motorola HC16 chip size

I'm just getting started in microcontrollers. Is there any type of breadboard adapter that will make an HC16 fit into a standard breadboard. I know that there are developer kits out there for HC16, but I was hoping to keep costs down. Or does Motorola make an HC16 that will fit. I'm guessing not. Looks like over 100 pins.
