Im designing 3phase vsc (voltage source converter) and I want to know the exact ratings of the power MOSFET and diode for 3phase induction motor of ratings 1500rpm, 440v, 2 hp.

I have moved your posts to their own thread - DO NOT HIJACK other peoples threads.

Need help as soon as possible
You are in trouble. lol

If you know enough to build, you should know how to find the voltage across the parts. The power line can have spikes so you will need more voltage rating.

You need to find the current for a 2hp motor. There is run current and startup current. Remember; if you use a part at its rated current it will be hot.

You need a lot more help than a hobbyist forum can provide.

As a start you need to calculate the maximum motor current.
Do you know how to do that?

What is a voltage source converter?
What is the source voltage?

If you don't understand the basics, then MikeML likely is correct.
