what is MicroStrip lines , i know that they are for conducting the the
high frequencies,,, but how can they be implemented are they some knid of ICs or some material printed on the PCB instead of the wires
 
A microstrip is just a conducting wire running on a dielectric subtrate. It is widely studied because they often exist as conducting lines inside ICs and copper wirings on high density PCBs, and not because they are used for high-frequency signal transmission. At high frequencies, signal transmission wires themselves will generate a finite impedance which may cause your signal to attenuate. This will place a limit on the maximum operating frequency of your circuit.

so they are used because the signal wires have CutFrequency and if we exceed this freq. the wire will totally attenuate the signal....

microstripping

You are likely concerned with matching to 50 Ohms. Standard PCB's usually are made from 0.062" thick FR-4 with 1.5 oz copper. In this case your trace width would be 111 mils (.111 in) for 50 Ohms.
