MICROCHIP PM3 Universal Device Programmer

Yesterday I had a chance to play with MPLAB PM3 Universal Device Programmer. Its Lovely.
Its Programing speeds are also impressive comparatively to my PicKit2.

But unfortunately its over expensive. Like over $900 USD. Thats too much. :confused:

MPLAB In-Circuit Emulator is also $500 USD.

I am not sure why the Programmer is that much expensive.
