matlab giving module not found error

hi
i got R2011b version of matlab, 64 bit
core i3 processor
software starts properly, give the following error when plot command is executed
error say module not found and the main command window shows the following error.
libmwblas: load error: C:\MATLAB7\bin\win32\atlas_Athlo​n.dll
Caught "std::exception" Exception message is:
C:\MATLAB7\bin\win32\atlas_Athlo​n.dll
i google the problem, found out that i need to add environment variable.
i did that but still no luck
i tried reinstalling the software
is there any other way

you can:
1. contact MathWorks and ask for support
2. specify what environment variable you added and how. also environment variable change requires reboot
