M-991 call program tone generator datasheet or equivalent?

Iam looking for some tone generation IC which can generate Dial Tone , Busy Tone, Ring Back Tone etc...so for this

datasheet of M-991 is needed and is possible its application notes...

actually this Ic is not avaiable in my region so is there any equivaent solution....

the problem is here too.....components that are not widely used are quite hard to find. i needed one too some time ago but i gave up.
