Ltspice version

I'm looking for the ltspice version to simulate this schema that contains lm567

Welcome to ETO.
The LM567 model is not part of any LTspice version, so needs to be downloaded from a third party site (if indeed the model exists).
 
None I could find with a quick Google :(. The Yahoo LTspice User Group has free downloadable libraries of many models, but not a LM567 model. Incidentally, the LM567 is an obsolete IC.

I worked with LM567s back in the 1970s. It is easy to define the center frequency and lock-in bandwidth based on equations found on the data sheet, simulation not really necessary.
