None I could find with a quick Google . The Yahoo LTspice User Group has free downloadable libraries of many models, but not a LM567 model. Incidentally, the LM567 is an obsolete IC.
I worked with LM567s back in the 1970s. It is easy to define the center frequency and lock-in bandwidth based on equations found on the data sheet, simulation not really necessary.
