LTSpice - Digital A - Hysteresis with Ref

Spot the error, as I can't. :)

According to the documentation dt & dh set the hysteresis. I've used a custom ref point. What I expect to happen is a range of 5.05-5.25 however what actually happens is there's no hysteresis and it switches around the ref point.

I've also tried removing the ref and setting dt = 5.15.

You have to use A schmitt device to get hysteresis.
