low quality base sound

my woofer amps use 2 IC TDA2030 bridged together to produce greater output . i look this IC info in ECG. ECG says that this IC TDA0230 use +14volt, -14volt and ground and having an output power of 14 watts at 4 ohm speaker load, so if this IC is wired in bridged config. (BTL) the output power is more great than 2 IC wired as left and right channel

The total power is the same, but the impedance changes.

14W into 4 ohms, using two channels and two 4 ohm speakers gives 28W total in stereo.

Bridging the amp gives 28W mono into a single 8 ohm speaker in mono.

So it depends entirely on your speakers - if you have just one 8 ohm speaker, then bridging is the way to go - as a single amp would only give 7W into 8 ohms.
 
The TDA2030 limits the peak current to 3.5A. So it cannot drive 4 ohms properly when bridged because then the peak current must be 5A.
Its datasheet shows it bridged with an 8 ohm load and a positive and negative 14V supply delivering 28 Watts at clipping.

Depending on the spec's of your 5" speaker and the volume of your sealed enclosure for it then its bass will be:
1) No deep bass. The enclosure volume is large enough for the speaker to have response almost down to its free-air resonant frequency.
2) No deep bass and boomy at an upper bass frequency. The enclosure volume is too small.
