Low power fm transmitter

Hi, I am looking to build a poweline brige or adapter of sorts to convert signals from my pc's nic to low power fm transmisions so that it is possible to send voice and data signals over the electrical grid systems. this is to be my final year project.

Please assist me from scratch because i haven't a clue of how to go about this.

Final year projects should be your work and only your work eh? Else I wonder if I or someone else will get the degree
