looking for Motorola CD524 and others

Greetings - I'm looking for a Motorola or other CD524. Can't seem to find an online source that doesn't require a >100$ minimum order for these. I'm also in search of a GE D40D7 and a 2N3394. Anyone out there have some of these or could recommend a supplier that doesn't require a large minimum order?
