What is in the market ? DCtoDC buck ? Others ? Any suggestion ?
150 to 200VDC in - 10 A max. input to 14 VDC out 20Amperes capable.

Many normal switched-mode power supplies can work with DC in - the input just goes to a bridge rectifier and gets converted to DC anyway!

14V - is that to be used as a battery charger? If so you could do with a purpose-made one rather than just a basic PSU.

eg. Data on some Meanwell PSUs - if you look at the "input" section of the specs, they are rated for 85 - 264V AC and on the next line 120 - 370V DC.

The XDR-240E-12 one is adjustable between 12 - 15V out and 20A rating.

Check Craigslist or similar. Stuff like this shows up all the time. What's your budget?

Meanwell you could probably find one that's like 12 volt 25 amp Bypass the AC input at the bridge rectifier and most have a pot to fine tune the output like + - 2 or more volts

I use meanwell all the time I probably buy 50 a month Just order 6 Friday sure enough i just looked at the data sheet and it said you can use 120 to to 370 VDC to power it no mods at all I never needed to use DC tho
