I'm guessing that you're looking for a transformer? Made by, or for, a company named ENI or E&I or EMI? Is 1B for power, RF, or ?????

OK, I'm up for a game of "twenty questions".

Is it a power transistor, an RF transistor, maybe RF power transistor? Any other markings on it, or near it on the PCB?

I would guess since you call it ENI1B it's a "house number".

Any indication what frequency? Voltage and current? Is it in the signal path or the power supply? Maybe in the user interface?
