can this simulate battery capacitance/inductance eg. about 1F per 40 Ah capacity and inductance @ 1 uH per 30Ah?

They are not part of the battery model definition.
I would add those parameters externally to the battery model, add the C/Ahr value in parallel and the Ind/Ahr in series.
