Hello!! I"am new user in forum and i want ask , i have pll with the out rf is 0.5W. Which power tranzistor require to drive for about 15W (12 or 28V) out???

an BD244 transistor cod hande that much power but it cant switch that fast (the FM band if an to high freq for it)

For UHF applications i recommend some BLYxx transistor.
