I need a way to take a 0 to 0.1 volt input range and amplify it to a 0 to 10 volt output range. I don't need a lot of current. If any one can help me out i would be very thankful.

Look up noninverting amplifier in analog IC suppliers like TI, National Semi & ST Micro. From .1 to 10 is gain=100. There are SO many ways out there. I'd start with whether I'm using a single or split (+&-) power supply. An inverting type is also an option, you haven't specified direct or inverse behavior. G.H <<<)))

If it is dc you could use a rail to rail op amp like the ts912in with a gain of 100. Let us know if you need a circuit.
