ive constructed and tested the ckt and i got a distored sinewave Ive change the resistor values around. I used different values on R5 and R6 is the what causing the distortion?

It's not a sinewave oscillator, it's a sawtooth one, with one resistor controlling the charging of the capacitor, and the other controlling the discharging.
