JVC TV,pls help.

pls.help me in my repair,im trying to fix a televisi0n,.
the picture in the screen doesnt come out immediately at the time you open it,the same with the sound,it takes 10 to 20 minutes before the picture and the sound appears.what should i do in order for me to fix it,.pls help me.im still a student.

How long have you been using your TV? Well if it is quite old, i would suggest to re-solder your power section upto horizontal section. Look for cold solders or crack solders it is very visible specially in big resistors and transistors.
