Junebug having PICKIT 2 Problems

Hello, Swordfish says that it is "unable to locate PIC2CMD.exe Swordfish says that the Junebug was already there.

You need to download and install PK2CMD from Microchips website. It's a simple executable that can be placed anywhere. You then setup Swordfish to find it.

OK, I followed the instructions on page 11 of the Junebug manual and and the Pk2cmd.exe was found. When trying to compile a .bas program again the junebug just sat not responding. Could someone I was given a simple program earlier in this post specifically for the Junebug that also leaves the Junebug just sitting there. I am leaving out steps using Swordfish. Do use VIEW or PROJECT compile and program? Thanks in advance for the help.
