isolation pad under cooler

Hello,
do you know if there are on market some isolation pads for coolers? I have power traces under it. Thanks
Edit: Just realise its GND, so its not neccesary to isolate it. But question remains.
 
I'd use a couple of layers of Kapton tape, if you do need anything for insulation in that type of situation.

The stuff is very tough & can withstand high temperatures and high voltages.
