No. Far from it.
1. You have missed out the 2.2R resistor from the 220R & 470uF junction to ground.
2. Your speaker decoupler is 100uF on the board yet 1000uF on the schematic.
3. You have missed out the 1R resistor to ground.
4. You appear to have two inputs for input -ve. Which are you trying to use?
5. You are using a 14V supply. Are you sure the 470uF 10V cap is rated enough.
