Is there any alternatives for Mitsubishi IPM

I'm working for a manufacturer of X-Ray.
Now we use Mitsubishi IPM.
Here are the datasheet.

People said that Mitsubishi IPM is the most fabulous product.
but the lead time is so long and the price is very expensive.
So I want to change that If there is any alternatives.
Please, notify some other IPM manufacturer if there is any
