i wanna buy IR2110 ic, and then i found many types of this ic. such IR2110, IR2110PbF, IR2110-1PBF, IR2110S, etc.
what does the code (PbF, 1PBF, TRPBF, etc) mean?

I'm not sure, but it looks like "lead free".

perhaps you could look into the siteof international rectifiers, and you would get all info.
